I have worked with New Home for nearly 3 years on three projects - two custom homes in Tiburon and 1 major renovation in Sausalito.

I have used them for construction, design and mortgages. They have done 2 refinances and two purchases for me, and their design department is more efficient and produces better designs than any Architect I know. Their “make sense” design for my custom homes in Tiburon allowed the projects to fly through Planning without delay, and because New Home was prepared, the building permit only took about a month. I fully expected the design review/permit process to take 9 months to a year, and New Home got it done in less than 3 months.

Immediately when the building permit was issued, New Home had 20-40 skilled workers at my project 6 days a week until the project was completed. The whole construction team worked like a highly efficient unit and both custom homes only took 4 months to complete (4 bed/3 bath custom 2450 sq ft). New Home also did a major renovation to my Sausalito home, which included 1400 sq ft of basement incorporation into the main level (curved stairwell, complete renovation of all rooms, new kitchen, windows, doors, roof, floors).

If you are looking for the best price, quality and speed, I think New Home is a great choice.
